3 out of 5 starsThese took FOREVER to get here. They were shipped very late. They also are about only an 1/8 of an inch thick. The pictures make you think they are a thick piece of wood with a nice rustic hand carved feel to them. They are not. They are a very thin piece of wood. Almost like a pressed chip, with a burned imprint. The picture is misleeding. They are still cute, but was hoping for big wooden coasters.

I am sorry your order was delayed. The coasters were picked up the day after we printed the label. I did not realize the item was not scanned in properly until your review. We have filed a complaint with Canada post for it. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. The wood is cedar and that was a load that was cut a little thinner. It was a from a new tree farm we were trying out as a source for our wood. Thank you for the feedback as we will take it into consideration for our wood sources. As stated in the listing the joys of wood is that it will not exactly match the picture because we cannot control the grain or it’s shape. All of our items are hand burned. It is not a stamp. The shadowing is part of the design and done by hand. Thank you for your feedback.

Hello, The joys of wood is the uniqueness of each piece and that natural lines of it. This is something as much we try we cannot control. We do state the possible variables in our item description and show all possible outcomes in our images. We will make this bolder in the future. We reached out to you to offer solutions but you have not responded so we are unable to assist. Thank you for your feedback

Cancellations
We do allow cancellations 24 hours after initial purchase. After that point your order may be subject to a 25% labor fee depending on where we are in the building process of your order.
Returns
Returns must be done within 7 days of receiving order. Please let us know if you are returning an order BEFORE mailing it out.
Returns must be in the same condition. Returned orders may be subject to a 35% labor fee as most of our items are made to order.
Return shipping costs is the buyers responsibility.
Delivery delays / Where is my order?
We are located in CANADA! ( cool eh!)
We are not responsible for delays due to Canada post / USPS and or customs delays as we have no control over it. Customs can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Usual travel time from start to finish is between 7-14 business days. Can be longer during holidays. Unless express shipping is purchased. 5-7 business days.
No refunds will be given for delayed orders by the postal system.
We will help with all we can to contact and track down orders if possible.
After 35 days from shipping date (for USA and CANADA) we will refund missing orders.
After 5 weeks ( for anywhere else) we will refund missing orders.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Strange looking box? Interesting packaging? Items are sometimes shipped with recycled and previously used boxes and packaging materials as often as possible. We try to be as green as possible. Boxes are often cut down to size. The packaging isn't pretty, but the items arrive quickly and in one piece safe and sound.
We are doing our best to keep green and cut down on waste.
Tracking numbers
All Canadian orders have a tracking number.
All orders OUTSIDE of Canada do not have a tracking number unless tracking is purchased.
If you would like tracking on your order please select that shipping option during check out.
Coupon codes / sale prices
Coupon codes must be used during checkout in order to receive the coupon use. We will not add it on after the sale is completed. Please contact prior to order finalized if there is any questions.
Sale prices will only be honoured for orders during the sale timeframe. Any orders before or after the sale , the price is as listed.
Order arrives broken
Oh no! Please contact right away so we can start the claim process with the postal service.
Please keep all packaging and the item. This will need to be sent back to us to process the claim.
We will provide a full refund once the broken item is back to us.
Incorrect mailing address
We shipping to the address provided on Etsy. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order. If your address is incorrect and you order is bounced back to us it is a reshipping fee of $15 to cover the reship.
We will not refund orders due to buyer address error.
If it our error we will reship with express at our cost.
